What a transfer will involve.

  1. Transfer eligibility

    The offering and ownership documents determine whether the interest can transfer, what approvals are required, and who may acquire it.

  2. Seller path

    Capstaq can help coordinate eligibility review and buyer discovery. Buyer demand, timing, price, required approvals, and closing are not controlled or guaranteed.

  3. Buyer diligence

    You would be buying an interest in a live investment: the underlying property, current reporting, capital structure, rights and restrictions, remaining business plan, price, and transfer terms.

  4. Approval and closing

    A match is not a completed transfer. The buyer must qualify and the required approvals, transfer documents, funding, and other conditions must be completed.
