Privacy notice.
A plain-language summary of how to contact Capstaq about information shared through this website.

Effective date: September 1, 2026.
This release includes a local-only Capital Path and Access Brief. When you submit a form, your answers are sent to Capstaq by email so someone can follow up with you. The site measures anonymous page usage with PostHog: form fields are masked, session recording is off, and a browser that sends Do Not Track is not measured. The site does not create an account. If you contact Capstaq by phone or email, the information you choose to provide is handled through those communication systems.
Choices stored on this device
Your Capital Path answers, opportunity filters and selections, test-drive planning amount, access preferences, and accreditation response may be stored in this browser’s local storage. That information remains on this device in the current release and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data or by using the control below.
Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, contact information, investment-related questions, or other details when you contact Investor Relations. Do not send passwords, account credentials, or sensitive financial records through ordinary email.
How to ask a privacy question
Email investorrelations@capstaq.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. Capstaq can explain the applicable process for access, correction, or deletion requests.
External services
Phone and email links may open services controlled by your device or provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
This notice is pending review by Capstaq’s counsel. It will be updated before advertising pixels, authenticated accounts, or CRM submission are enabled.
