Storage Caves is a ground-up developer of Class A storage: large flex garages for boats, RVs, vehicles, and business use, with car lifts, mezzanines, and climate control available. The firm is based in Orange, California.
Ten locations across seven states. Most are in development rather than built. Each garage is condo-mapped with its own parcel number, held under a managed association.
